HR Administrator
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced lateral hiring recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition department with 6 Months -2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Position : HR Recruitment Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources / MBA (Human Resources)

Job Location: Pune (Work from office only)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 Months -2 years of experience in recruitment and lateral hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Source, screen, and recommend experienced candidates for open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, job boards, and employee referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Following ups with candidates as well as respective managers to close the position.
- Job postings and Handling job portals and different platforms.
- To record and submit report on staff leave and attendance.
- Handle all office admin work.
Requirements:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 Months -2 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, preferably within the technology industry.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
- Negotiation skills is a plus.
